- Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- Guests aged 13 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- Pets are allowed.
The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Credit Cards are Authorized but NOT charged prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (559)561-4333 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
Helpful Information:
RATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Rates are based on 2 adults. Anyone over the age of 13 is considered an adult. Additional adults are $2 per adult, per night.
MAXIMUM OF 6 people per campsite. This includes anyone over the age of 5.
Please do not use American Express to place a reservation request. We are unable to process.
OFFICE HOURS: In-Season, April 1st to Aug, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am to 3pm. Off-Season, Sept - May, Monday - Thurs 11am to 3pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am to 3pm.
Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.
ALL campers must register. Please check-in at the office upon arrival. If the office is closed check-in the following morning.
EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please check with the office to make arrangements. If your site is not available we have an area you may park in.
ALL VISITORS must check-in at the office.
WE DO NOT OFFER TENT ONLY CAMPING.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO CHANGES MADE TO YOUR RESERVATION. If you change your arrival date or remove days within 7 days you will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee based on the site type reserved.
LEAVING EARLY AFTER ARRIVAL: If you decide to leave early after you have arrived you will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. If payment was made by credit card a $10 processing fee will be deducted from any refund due.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: In order to not disturb our other campers, if you arrive after 9 p.m. we ask that you please take an open space our NEW "Oak Meadow" and dry camp for the night. You may proceed to your site after 7a.m. the following morning. You will be charged the rate for the site you had reserved.
PETS: Well-behaved pets are welcome at Sequoia RV Ranch for a small fee of $2.00 per pet per stay. We ask that you please pick up after your pets, be kept on a leash at all times and not to be left un-attended outside of your rig.
IF you do not have a vehicle please keep in mind there is no car-rental or public transportation available in Three Rivers. Car rental is available in Visalia. The Sequoia Shuttle for the National Park operates from the end of May thru the 1st weekend of September. MAX length allowed into the National Park is 22ft.
Cell service is limited in Three Rivers. AT&T is the only provider that works at the Ranch. Verizon will work in town, approximately 3 miles from the Ranch.
