- Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- Guests aged 13 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- Pets are allowed.
The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Credit Cards are Authorized but NOT charged prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (559)561-4333 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 3 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
Helpful Information:
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: In order to not disturb our other campers, if you arrive after 9p.m. we ask that you please take an open space in Sites 1 thru 10 for the night. IF there are no sites available please pull into our NEW "Oak Meadow" and dry camp for the night. You may proceed to your site after 7a.m. the following morning. PETS: Well-behaved pets are welcome at Sequoia RV Ranch for a small fee of $2.00 per pet per stay. We ask that you please pick up after your pets, be kept on a leash at all times and not to be left un-attended outside of your rig. IF you do not have a vehicle please keep in mind there is no car-rental or public transportation available in Three Rivers.
