Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Credit Cards will be charged a one night deposit when your request is confirmed.
- To cancel or make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (559)561-4333 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.

TAXES: Rates displayed included all taxes.
RATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Rates are based on 2 adults. Anyone over the age of 13 is considered an adult. Additional adults are $2 per adult, per night.
MAXIMUM OF 6 people per campsite. This includes anyone over the age of 5. If your immediate family is more than 6 please call us and we will be more than happy to work with you.
OFFICE HOURS: Subject to change. Either 9am-3pm or 9am-5pm depending on time of year.
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance from your arrival date. If your reservation is book during a holiday or special events changes to your arrival date will not be allowed you may cancel the reservation only, this is to prevent people booking early to get a specific site with the intent to change dates later. Online option to book will be available at 1201 Am 365 days from your arrival date. Note when booking online if it shows no availability please call the office we may be able to put you in a split reservation or you may try splitting up your reservation online by doing multiple reservations in different sites.
ALL CAMPERS MUST REGISTER AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. Please check-in at the office upon arrival. If the office is closed, please check-in the following morning.
EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please check with the office to make arrangements. If your site is not available we have an area you may park in.
WE DO OFFER TENT or RV Camping in our Dry Camping sites. Up to two tents per site, first tent would be based price of site and the additional tent would be $10 a night. We do still allow RVs in our Drying Camping sites as well and you may add one extra tent with RV for additional $10 per night. Generators can be run in this area from 7:00 AM till 10 PM. After 10 PM Generators MUST BE TURNED OFF.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO CHANGES MADE TO YOUR RESERVATION. If you change your arrival date or remove days within 7 days of arrival (except as noted during specified times noted above under Reservation), you will be charged a 1-night cancellation fee based on the site type reserved. If the cancellation is due to an emergency, please let us know so we can try to work with you. A $5 processing fee will be retained for all cancelations made 14 days or more before arrival.
LEAVING EARLY AFTER ARRIVAL: If you decide to leave early after you have arrived a cancellation fee will be charged. Your stay may not be refunded.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:In order to not disturb our other campers, if you arrive after 10 p.m. (Quiet time) we ask that you please shut off your lights & engine as soon as possible. Please check in the following morning. If you are delayed and will not be in by noon the next day, please contact us if you do not want us to cancel your reservation. If you arrive more than a day late and do not contact us, we may not have a site available for you to stay in.
SWIMMING HOLE: HOURS ARE 7AM TO DUSK. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please no glass cups or bottles. NO DOGS OR FISHING IN THE SWIMMING HOLE AT ANY TIME. However, dogs and fishing are allowed upstream or downstream from the Swimming Hole.
PETS: Well-behaved pets are welcome at Sequoia RV Ranch for a small fee of $2.00 per pet per stay. We ask that you please pick up after your pets, be kept on a leash at all times and not to be left unattended outside of your rig. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING HOLE AT ANYTIME. However, you may take them in other areas of the river. If you will be visiting the National Park check their website regarding the rules on where you can or can't take your pets. They will ticket you if you leave them in an unattended vehicle.
IF you do not have a vehicle please keep in mind there is no car-rental or public transportation available in Three Rivers. Car rental is available in Visalia. MAX length recommended into the National Park is 22ft, however, if your RV is larger & you are comfortable driving the winding road you may drive into the park. The Sequoia Shuttle for the National Park operates from the Friday before Memorial Weeking in May thru Labor Day, the 1st Monday in September. Reservations for the shuttle or tour must be made at least 24hrs in advance and are highly recommended as far in advance as you can as seats are limited. The shuttle also runs off-season on some holidays. Please visit their website at www.sequoiashuttle.com for further information. If you make a reservation with the shuttle please choose either the Three Rivers Historical Museum or Three Rivers Comfort Inn as your pickup & return location. We have information on car rental agencies available in Visalia. We will be more than happy to email the information to you.
Cell service is limited in Three Rivers. AT&T is the only provider that works at the Ranch. Verizon will work in town, approximately 3 miles from the Ranch. Tracphone that can be purchased at places like WalMart are great for traveling as they work off ANY CELL TOWER. We do have a phone available in the office for your use during office hours if needed. Our WiFi will work on your device with internet capabilities even if you do not have phone service.
FREE WIFI is offered at the Ranch and covers the campground. You do not need a password just go to your WIFI setting and select the strongest signal of sequoiarvrach-AP03, AP02, OR AP03 to connect.
